Countries handle the situation in different ways and it can be difficult to keep track of restrictions and recommendations depending on where you are. Minimising the spread of Covid-19

Stay at home if you are feeling ill with symptoms such as nasal congestion, respiratory infection, coughing, or fever, even with mild symptoms.

Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. 
Keep your distance from other people, both indoors and outdoors. 
Be careful when visiting people who are aged 70+ or belong to an at-risk group.
Work from home if possible. 
Avoid large social gatherings.

Make sure you are ready to change your plans incase the place you intended to visit becomes crowded. You need to be able to keep a safe distance from other people and avoid busy shops, sights and the like.
