The hair salon By Déco in Luleå has been around since 2015 and is located at Storgatan 28A. Here, you’ll meet experienced, certified hairdressers who help you find the right cut, color, and styling – whether it’s for women, men, or children. The salon also operates in Umeå and Kiruna, but it was founded here in Luleå by Mari Lundmark. Today, By Déco is run by WLCM Studios, though the concept remains the same.
