In our house you can experience science. In our restaurant you can experience taste. With curiosity, creativity and awareness, we cook food that challenges traditional lunch. As much as possible, we work with ingredients of the season from local producers.

Lunch and family cafe
We serve lunch on weekdays. On weekends and during the rest of our opening hours, you can always enjoy our family café. Here we serve toast, grilled sourdough sandwiches and wraps. We also have simpler dishes like baked potatoes with toppings, organic pancakes and hot dogs. And of course, there’s always ice cream and pastries!
