Dancing at Hägnan

Welcome to Hägnan's fine dance floor this summer! Now some of Luleå's dance associations invite you! Dance with us a few Wednesday evenings – maybe you'll find your favorite dance this summer.
The evening begins with a try-out session for beginners and then continues with social dancing for everyone who already knows the turns.

11 June Luleå Bugg and Swing at 18 - 21
9 July Oriental hips at 6 pm - 8 pm
August 6 Heedmans at 6 pm - 9 pm
August 13 Polskedansgruppen, Luleå Hembygdsgille kl. 18 - 20

Dance courts were built around the turn of the 1900 century when the association life grew in scope. It was no longer just flat meadows and road crossings that were the place for Saturday night's dance but building dance floors are becoming common. At Hägnan there is a yellow dance floor with a newly renovated floor waiting for you to pass by. Free admission – welcome!
