Luleå Midnight Beach 2026

Luleå Midnight Beach is Lule Volley’s annual beach volleyball tournament, held at Gültzauudden Beach on Saturday, 27 June. The tournament is part of the Swedish Beach Tour at SBT 2* level and contributes to the national ranking. Beach volleyball players from across northern Sweden gather for an evening of matches, community, and summer atmosphere.

The competition is played in the traditional 2 vs 2 format, with both women’s and men’s divisions. The event runs from 5:00 PM until midnight, with the first matches starting at 5:30 PM. Visitors are welcome to watch the games up close and enjoy the unique atmosphere of a bright summer night in Luleå.

Setup of the courts and competition area begins at 1:00 PM.
