Walk with Linnaeus
Join us on a historical walk with Carl Von Linnaeus! On the walk, you will hear stories from his expedition to the north of Sweden, his visit to Gammelstad, about his scientific discoveries and how he came to the conclusion that the stuffed “hydra” in Hamburg was a forgery.
Date and time:
July 4, Swedish at 1 PM and English at 2 PM.
July 5, Swedish at 1 PM and English at 2 PM.
Pre-booking required, we start outside the Country Store at the open-air museum Hägnan. Price 100 SEK per person, free for children under the age of 18.
Practical information: The hike is outdoors and includes some walking in the woods and fields.
