Welcome to bake bread in the historic Peri-Hanscha farmstead where you can experience a beautiful museum environment and feel the aroma of freshly baked bread. Together we bake a soft bread called “Klådda” in our bakery's wood-fired oven. A very good bread that you can of course taste and take home. During baking, the baker tells stories about baking traditions and folk beliefs about baking. It is said, for example, that whoever gets folds on the bread will get many wedding propositions.
