A chocolate lover’s paradise at Lustigbacken 3
In the beautiful old wooden house at Lustigbacken 3, chocolate is crafted in all kinds of imaginable and unimaginable forms. You can enjoy it on-site in the micro café or take it home with you.
During summer, there's also outdoor seating available in the garden.
“We make our chocolate from dried cocoa beans that we roast, crush, peel, and grind for about 70–100 hours. After that, we let the chocolate rest before tempering and shaping it,” says Peter Parnes, who runs the business together with his partner Agneta Hedenström.
At Lustigbacken 3, you’ll find chocolate bars, gelato, sourdough bread made from freshly milled flour, chocolate meringues, deluxe cinnamon buns, and grown-up chocolate balls.
We also serve our own roasted coffee and drinks such as hot chocolate, cacao tea, and exquisite coffee. Everything is made using our handcrafted chocolate and with a focus on artisanal methods, using real ingredients as much as possible.
